JUANITA BYNUM SPOKE A WORD HERE…

If ever I agree with someone I must say that I certainly agree here.

Yes, it has gone much too too too too far the way that many of the women who called themselves ‘saved’ and are a part of the gospel music world of today.

When you see Shirley Caesar dressing like a fool then you truly know something is wrong.   She was a staple… a solid rock…  a rock … a torch bearer.   But it appears that she too is becoming carried away with the style and attitudes of the world.  And it is very sad.

I have been trying to find that first dress I saw on Yolanda Adams where.  It was utterly ridiculous that I wondered how in the world she had put it without realizing that THAT DRESS was certainly going to start a stir in the black Christian world.   And it must truly have done so… because it is nowhere to be found on the internet.

For years now we have known that a vast majority our gospel singers were interested in crossing over into the secular world.  They looked over and saw the money… the cars… the houses etc… etc… etc.   But if the truth be told the gospel artist who are on top make plenty of money some demanding more than $20,000 a show.

I have paid $4,000 for an act to come in to do a prayer breakfast.  Well, almost we haven’t seal the deal.  I expanded it into doing a concert later that evening.   Because I just could not see myself paying anyone $4,000 just to show up at our prayer breakfast… and then have to fly them in and put them up in a hotel too without getting the full benefit from my investment.

But gospel artist demand a lot of money.   I once over heard my past mumbling after having brought a certain, used to be a bit heavier and fuller breast, gospel singer in.  She demanded a limousine and to stay in a 5 star hotel.

They want to be treated like rock stars… super stars.   Oh, they bring the anointing… 

Well, some of them.   But are they really worth the big ticket many of them want to demand.   I think not.

But it is not a matter of the money which this blog is about… but about their matter of dress.   And it speaks volumes.

The Bible tells us to ‘come out from among them.’   And ‘to be ye transformed.’ 

Then why are some many of our gospel artist negating ‘the word’ to want to become more and more like the world?

It is hard to believe that today we see many gospel female artists who want to dress like Lil’ Kim or Nicki Minaj.

What happen to dressing in a way becoming to a woman… not like a woman trying to sing and sell her wares too?   Because that is very much what it looks like.

They are exposing their breast…  their shoulders… thighs…   legs…. and everything else.

They are getting implants… breast implants… hip and thigh implants  etc.   all designed to make them look more voluptuous.   But didn’t the Bible say that a woman should be modestly dress, as not to draw attention to her body?

But the flesh is alive and well sadly in the gospel world.  And it appears that the more these women show of it the happier they are about it.

SMH…

I didn’t think it was robbery how Mahalia Jackson used to dress… or any of those old gospel women groups.   Even Shirley Caesar… somebody I would have never believed would be trying to follow the ways of this world… is getting into the act, and looking like she enjoys it.

But if the truth be told this trend is showing up in their music too.   Most the music that comes out today is just plain garbage.   And I don’t know who told these so-called song writers that pulling a few words of scripture from Psalms and singing over and over and over and over and over… is really a song or song writing.

What Rev. Timothy Wright’s wife did with ‘Jesus Jesus Jesus’ cannot be duplicated.   And we are told in scripture that there is nothing like the name of Jesus, and this song certainly proved that because I never have to think about the tone or key to sing it… and I feel the power in that song whenever I hear it.

But this other mess or repetitive words is just plain junk for the most part.   It has no power and touches nothing down deep inside you.  It is a key change after key change without any real meaning or significance… not really worth singing and definitely not much worth hearing.   Because there is usually nothing to these songs at all but a waste of time.

I am sorry to see our real song writing in the gospel music world take a decline… and a back seat to this junk of repetitive words which have no anointing whatsoever… outside of Rev.  Timothy’s Wright’s wife song.   It is kind of odd that not much after she had written this song that that fatal accident coming from A.I.M, a Church of God in Christ convention held that year in Detroit… took place in which God took her and a grandson… and not long after her He took the Right Reverend Wright too.   But what a song… and songs they left us with.   And also a firm belief in God… and a knowledge that they were ‘real religious people of God’... not like many of these perpetrating gospel singers ‘wanna be’ secular people of today.

Well, God bless….    Well, it is wet here but my cousin tells me that they are in for snow today.   But it is spring and we are just a couple of weeks away from Easter.

So, let me be the first to wish you a happy and safe Easter.   What a grand time it is as we move forward to celebrating the purpose our Lord and Savor and… to lay down his life that he would rise again… so that we all may have a right to life over death.

THE CHANGING OF THE GUARD… THE SECULAR TAKING OVER THE CHRISTIAN WORLD… SHIRLEY CAESAR’S DRESS AT THE GRAMMYS…

Yeah, I remember the days when you could not sit in a black church with your skirt riding all the way up to your hips… not even while sitting in the back row.

But sadly those days are gone.   And back in the day it didn’t matter what you were wearing in our church they trained you that you could not sit like some man in a cowboy movie…  or anywhere else, and I do mean anywhere.   They trained us to be ladies… and to sit like ladies.

I just recently saw a picture of 1 of our general board bishop’s wife who was sitting with her legs wide open.

And it did not matter what you had on… since in our church you were never suppose to have on pants anyway.   Nor did it matter where you were.   Agains, they trained us to be ladies and to always sit with our legs closed.

Sitting with your legs wide open was just not tolerated.  It was not an option …nor our clothes pulled all the up on us so people could see everything we had either.

But today is a different story.

Even these preachers… young and old… are marrying worldly women who have never had any type or form of church training.   Then how are they …these women to know how to train any women in the churches they are becoming the first lady of how they should carry and hold themselves… if the first lady does not know?

Oh, I see where they all have start to carry large handkerchiefs to throw across their legs now.  But that can’t hide what is going on above …in the exposing of their breasts.

Everybody it seems want to be naked.    I take that saying from my father… who called any woman not dressed appropriately ‘naked.’  And I guess daddy was right… because the more and more as time has progressed
the more ‘naked’ they have become.

Take long time gospel music queen Shirley Caesar at this past Grammy’s and what she was wearing.  But if the truth be told Shirley’s shoulder lines have been dropping for a while.

It is 1 thing for the hot little floozies on the corner to be dressed in nothing, but to see gospel legends to begin to strut their stuff is a bit too too too much.   Particularly when they are old women and women who had been highly respected in the
gospel world for years, such as Mother and Pastor Shirley Caesar.

And you have these pastors who are marrying women who they are proud to flaunt on their arm and during church services, women who look like they could be in the local club or bar… sitting on a bar stool and inviting any old body to come and taste some of their cheap goods.

I was trying to find this dress I had seen Yolanda Adams wear some years ago.   It made me wonder as to whether or not she too had decided to leave the gospel world for secular music fairyland?

It is one thing when you watch the Oscars or whatever and see these women who are not saved… but when the unsaved seem to display more discretion in their dress than some of these gospel divas… then there is a problem.

How could anyone forsake such a standard and code of the church as to the proper dress of a religious or church woman.   Are not these things spoken of in the Bible as to what is or is not acceptable?

So, then why would Shirley Caesar after years of covering up properly while in public stoop to what she put on for the Grammys this year.   When she saw it she had to known, (1) that that dress was not first of all age appropriate for her, and (2) that it was certainly not something she should have put on…exposing her breast as it did.

For years Shirley Caesar had held up the standard for women in the gospel world.   A standard she was taught by those who had come before her… and had undoubtedly been in  the church in which she grew up in… as many of us had been trained and nurtured.   To wear our clothes as to not intrigue anybody.  Nothing hanging off your shoulders, no slits up the side, especially nothing too short or anywhere above the knee… and certainly nothing exposing our breasts.

To this very day I find it hard for me to want to walk into a church… any church with a pair of pants on.   Though I only wear pants occasionally… more or less sweat pants when I do.  But my training was women did not wear pants.

I was also trained that you just did not walk across the pulpit… for it was holy ground.   Even if I am summon to come into the pulpit I go reluctantly… and if I am asked to say something or to speak… I prefer to do from the floor and not in the pulpit.   It is not that I am not saved… but God declared certain areas in his sanctuary to be holy
or holy… where only the high priest was allowed enter.   Since we no longer have those inter chambers that only the high priest could enter into… we do still have His pulpit.   And it is holy.

So, when I see this trend where not only are gospel singers moving towards the secular world… just as R&B singers went towards becoming crossover artists… or better known to become pop artists.   The gospel artist today are also forsaking not only their roots …their music and their original audience, which fed and celebrated them for years… and now they are casting them aside and their clothes to go half naked before the world… just like the world.

We have cast off following God… to chase mammon and all his friends.

Well, see how much music Shirley will continue sell.   I don’t think it will come anywhere near what she used to do… for she has forgotten the Lord her God.   And we all know how He handles things like that….

I personally do not see what is wrong with representing the Lord and/or the Kingdom of God as we should… because we honor Him.   If we love Him and not the world… then why would you want to follow the ways of the world?

“Choose ye whom ye will serve.”

Well, God bless….    We’re back into cold weather now.   But then it is March so it would be no surprise if between now and some time in April we get dumped with a ton of snow.

KIM BURRELL IN AN UPROAR….

I saw the video that Kim says someone took of her during a service some night at her
church, when Kim Burrell goes off the chain proclaiming her dislike of gay people… with particular reference to those in the church.

I also saw the video that Kim made backing or attempting to back away from much of what she said in that video, of her ranting about gay people.  My thing in watching this video was this.

‘Kim if you really feel about gay people as you said while standing in the pulpit.  Then why back down from it… if you feel that what you had said was right?’

Cause you see if I say something that I think is right… then I am not going to back down from it.  Oh, I can change my mind… yes, regarding my thinking.   But if I feel that I am correct in my thinking then I am not going back away from what I believe.  And I don’t care who may not like it.  Unless… again… if I think about it and later begin to regret what I said… or how I said it.   Or I might even discover that I was wrong… because that does happen too.   And has happened to me.

I mean I would be lying if I said I never regretted saying something.   It happens all the time to many of us.  We spoke too fast.   Or mis-spoke…

But the way Kim was going on and on in that pulpit… I would have to say that she was really versing her sentiments quite definitely.  And if what I heard in another video was correct… in that what that person said about her husband, whom Kim is now either divorced from or separated from for some years now… was that he was gay.

I would say that might cause a woman to go on and on about hating gays.  That woman who used to sell orange juice years ago… I forget her name.   She had been an ex-Miss America when she came out strongly against gay people back in the latter 70’s or 80’s… and boy did they slam her.   She lost all kind of contracts behind that… and the orange juice industry was quick to get rid of her.  But what a price that industry paid in revenue losses when gay people boycotted orange juice… and boycott it they did.   And they won.

With regards to Kim Burrell… whom I often have found to be sharp with her tongue… I find it hard to believe that she did not think about her wardrobe person, or  her make-up person, or her hair stylist or everybody else who may possibly be on her team, when she is preparing to get up to perform… because most of them are gay.   But I am sure that hit home shortly after she realized that that video got out… had been uploaded on youtube, and the calls started coming in to her.

This is America and, of course, Kim Burrell like everybody else in
America has a right to an opinion on whatever she wants to have an opinion on… whether I may or may not agree with her on it.

But where I thought Kim Burrell went too far …was for her to be standing in the pulpit and talking about certain things… like men having ‘p___nis’ in their mouths.   Or women with their breasts shaking in front of another woman.  It was a bit too much.

Kim went overboard and that is what more than anything I believed killed her… and took away from anything that she was trying to say.    She was not preaching… nor was she teaching.    But Kim was spouting out vicious remarks of feelings, that maybe she had been harboring for some time and just felt it was okay… for some reason or other… to release those sentiments into the atmosphere at that time… in that church service.

I am a firm believer that the pulpit is not for all types of conversations.  Nor is it a place for where we should be standing in it believing that it is okay to just say whatever comes into our narrow minds.  The sanctuary and …certainly the pulpit is ‘holy.’    It is holy ground and it is not meant to be a place where we preach hate or condemnation.‘

Who are we to condemn people as though we too were not once lost in sin?

This is the problem I have with many people in the church.  They act as though they were never once sinners.

And I really get tired of hearing those people who say, ‘I’ve been saved since I was 3.’

Are you really trying to tell me that since you were a child… and supposedly became saved that you never once sinned?

I will bet that you sinned more than once.   And probably did things I never thought to do.

So, the devil is a liar.   And those people need to stop telling that ‘I’ve been saved since’ lie.

Why do people want to pretend that they are so holy and righteous …when they are filled with such ‘high looks,’   bigotry and animosity against not just gay people… though gay people always seem to be at the top of everyone’s list… but against everybody but fornicators… adulterers… liars etc….etc…etc..  Because THAT list certainly goes further than just being gay.

Some of these same people voted Donald Trump into office and saw no sin in him.   I would not have believed that either… had I not heard and seen them at our national convocation in St. Louis.   It was quite disturbing to me.  And a couple of them… bishops even… I had to set straight.

Speaking of bishops.  Some of these very people are ‘the corrupters.’   Stealing away the lives of many of these young boys, by feasting on them sexually …while proclaiming something else in the pulpit and making jokes about ‘limp wrist.’

This thing is sad.   And there are a bunch of hypocrites in the church… in the black church and white church… and everything in between.

Yeah, they can proclaim they hate them… but they lead the choir… play the instruments… sing the sermonic solo.

So, stop playing with yourself… and trying to preach hate,  when their is a cleansing that needs to take place.   And it is in the hearts of each and every one of us because we have been commanded to love… not condemn or chastise folk because we act like we can’t stomach their sin.

It is not for you to stomach.   God who is the creator and is also the finisher.   And you don’t know who he is going to clean up and place over you.

He can turn everybody around.  Did He not turn you around?

Oh, I forgot.   He is still working on you, Kim and everyone else who thinks like her.

I was at the convocation 2 years ago when that guy came out and started proclaiming, ‘I
ain’t gay no more.’

That whole service was like being in the midst of a comedy show.   That guy from Orlando who was suppose to preach… was beside himself …just like Kim.   And practically the whole area was eating it up… they were rolling over in laugher of this guys homophobic tyrants.

It was so good to them that the video department sold out of that dvd that night… and could not keep up  with the demand for it.  This I know not because I tried to buy it… but because the next day while waiting on my ride back to my hotel a bunch of people were still laughing over that mockery of a church service.  I sat through it, yes… but it was all I could do not to get up and walk out on that guy that night.  And I would have had I thought my courtesy driver was outside to take me back to my hotel.

We should stop all this ‘gay mess.’   It is not the only sin… need you think of what you are doing that God may be angry at.  Because at the end of the day… that is what really should concern you more than anything else.  Because when you shut your eyes… it won’t be that gay man in the choir or up the street whom you will have answer for.   But your behavior towards them will surely be an issue before God.

I think we all need to read the Bible more.   Because somewhere along the line you are all missing something when you attack anyone who is lost in sin.

And I think that any pastor or anyone who calls him or her self a pastor …or whatever who
invites someone to come and preach at their church and says, ‘You can come to preach but don’t mess with my sissies.’  

I think that person needs to remove themselves or the church remove him or her… because they are users.   But not Godly.   They rather see people not hear the truth… and I am not talking about a bunch of harsh and hard words of condemnation… but ‘the truth’ as to what the Bible says because they desire that everybody in their church or under them know what God desires in order for us to sincerely get into heaven…

Let us not chase people out of the church.  But let us work on trying to allow God to do His perfect work in them.   The Bible says, ‘faith comes through hearing the word of God.’   They must be allow in the church… so that they do not go to ‘gay churches’ and sit up in there believing that everything is alright… and while they play church that they can make into heaven.

Let us not be that mean …or selfish.    Thank God the doors of the church were open for us… or we too would still be out there doing whatever it was that we used to do.   And many of you still do… if the truth be told….

Well, God bless…     Well, I finally got my chance to say what has been on my mind concerning this subject.   I just hope that people will come to love and respect one another and all of our differences.   I hate sin and it hurts for me to see people languishing in it.  I have many gay friends … and even some family members whom I know will be lost if they fail to change.   But I pray that God call them out as He was so kind and gracious enough to do me.   And that they have an ear to hear… and God gives them a desire to come out… and stay out.

DONALD… DONALD….

I got sick of him long ago.   So, this blog won’t be very long don’t worry.

Tonight is the first Presidential Debate and everyone is talking about ‘which Donald Trump do you think will show up?’

Oh, I have no doubt which Donald Trump will show up… because I know it will be the Donald Trump that needs to show up.  Plain and simple.

Either the man is a total idiot … or a very masterful genius.   And I am beginning to believe he is both.  But I think it has come about by happenstance.  Or maybe I’m just listening to those talking heads too much on television to be able to tell the difference.  Because they all seem to be confused too by this whole political mess we have this presidential election period.

Lets face it, at his very best we have all come to realize that the man is definitely not smart.  He’s not even a good business man.   His history as a businessman speaks volumes to that point… in that every … and I do mean ‘every company the man, himself, has started has failed.’

The only business which has somehow managed to survive the raging waters of a fidgety Donald Trump, who apparently likes leaping into business trends he knows nothing about… the first sign of someone who knows nothing about business.   Because when you leap into venues … business or otherwise that you have no real working knowledge of … they will inevitably fail.

This is a well known and highly proven fact… which has been the undermining of many goodhearted and people believing they could ‘make it too’… because some new money making business trend was happening in the marketplace.   But the thing they had failed to factor in was… they had no expertise or real working knowledge in what it would take in terms of capital, outside already pre-established relationships with other sub-contractors, suppliers, material manufacturers, overhead expenditures etc. that it would take to make it.   And maybe like the restaurant business… that it would a few years to first establish their business and clientele before their began to make any real money or even show any level of a profit.

The only business that Donald Trump has managed to not sink is his father’s real estate business.   There must be some type of major reason for that… like some type of clause or ryder on dear ole dad’s will that put a board or some other force over ‘the Donald’ from having run that company into the ground too.

I thought that the President had to be men… or women… above reproach.   People who exhibited some level of having at lease a grain of honor…  a speckle of common sense… or some moral character above the average man or woman… people of GREAT dignity…  someone who possessed a HUGE AMOUNT of integrity.

How did this election fall so short?

Sure we may not all be happy about either or… but Hillary sure does beat Donald Trump any day… any year… any month… and any election.

Donald is so crazy… I am not even sure that the man is truly American himself.   Seriously.

He is so in love with Putin and dictatorships… and lets face it all
of his wives have not truly been American… including this last 1… who on top of it all … she can barely speak English.   A strip-tee artist???

She is the classical example of someone who has sold her soul to the devil.   And this would be come the First Lady of the United States?

And Donald Trump claims that America is disrespected now under Obama???

He would be the laughing stock of the world… and First Lady of every other country would find it hard just trying to hide all their smiles… behind such whoredom.    And if Donald Trump is marrying high… where is the ‘new low’ in America today?
Because this man is the pits.

I just hope all those people that he has robbed and all the sub-contractors that he dupped out of their contracts… got the job done and/or the materials … but never paid…  I truly hope that somehow
they all get their day in court … and see this man in jail where he belongs… and definitely not in the White House … not even on a visit.
What a shock that would be to the Donald… to be dragged off in the middle of the night by Russian guards laughing at his stupidity….

Oh, well…  So much for this because truthfully speaking the man has received too much media attention.   If anyone needed a total blackout it would be the Donald.   And that is all I am going to say on him… except how foolish and ignorant the sellout black folk who have rallied around him are.  And I mean a bunch of ignoramus if ever there any.

If it were left up to them we would all be back on master’s plantation… unable to read… picking cotton… and being sold upon auction blocks… just as they are currently being bought.  They have no clue that it takes a bunch of dummies to want to run behind a dummy, like Donald Trump… and proclaim him to be the god and savior of black folk… whom history has

proven he hates and thinks very lowly ofNot only are they confused… and lack understanding… who told them that they were smarter than you and me.  When we obviously can see way pass all the games that Donald Trump thinks he can play on folk.

I just thank God that all of us are not stupid… and just won’t fall for everyone and everything… for real.

One final note on Trump… how can anyone ever hope to ‘make America great’ …who never even believed in the trademark …‘made in America?’

Well, UPDATE:   TUESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2017…  Well, the guy won.   And he is going stark raving mad.  It has become quite clear to many that this man may truly not be dealing with a full stack of cards… and cards they would truly be.

What we thought was funny… now does not appear so.   In 8 days he has managed to cause so much havoc that there is lots of talk about the 25th Amendment an act which allows the president of the United States to be removed for disabilities… and/or impeachment.

There has been demonstration after demonstration against him.   And for a man who likes numbers… and is quick to say how he got the longest and loudest applause ‘ever’… it has got to be eating him up.

JUANITA AT IT AGAIN…

I just happened to be on youtube when I saw this video and decided to click on it to see what Juanita was preaching about… only to be a bit surprised by her new look… and since the video was just uploaded a few days ago it is very much a ‘new look’ for her.   A bit too much plastic surgery for sure… and the make-up does not help.  It only makes her look worst …and again like she is in some kind of spiritual trouble.

I suspect after somewhat watching her transition into this ‘new Juanita’… the 1 before this… it is not hard to see that she has had this thing about how she looked.  It appeared to be some kind of self-hate… or maybe that is too extreme.  Let me say a  dislike for her natural facial features.

Yes, that sounds better.

Looking at the photographs displayed at the beginning of her video… her program intro as this seems to be a new undertaking for Juanita…with  her in a cap and jeans… Juanita seems be trying to recapture her youth… or some kind of teen to 21 hip look or something.

In listening to her video below it appears to me she is trying to join the ranks of Yolanda Adams… Donnie McClurkin, Kirk Franklin, Dorinda Clark and that marymary sister, Erica Campbell… on the radio air-waves with a syndicated national radio broadcast.

But being Juanita… she appears to not only be happy being on the radio air-waves… but also wants to have video live-streaming while she broadcasts her radio show.   And this show… or broadcast… or this video take of it was evidently recorded with a very bad camera with terrible audio… and doesn’t appear to really be a live radio show but a pretense of doing it live in her home.  Nor does it appears to be anything like the Juanita Bynum I have come to know via my observation of her.  She has always been on top of her sound.

If nobody else on the podium sounds good… you can beat she is going to sound great because she leaves nothing to chance when its come the quality of her sound… which is, of course, her money maker.   But no so in these videos.

Now, many thousands of people no longer go into a read radio radio to broadcast their radio shows because technology today has made it so easy to do it that way… if you have
good quality professional or semi-professional equipment… and have someone close to being a professional set it up for you.  You can broadcast from anywhere in the world… even in your bathroom or a cave…  and nobody will know whether it was in or out of a professional broadcasting studio.

But clearly, we can tell that this video tape was done with professional equipment …or some high level recording equipment… camera with a good mic or a mic tied in.

But it is not the technical problems with Juanita’s video … but the evident continued plastic surgery which it appears she is continuing to engage in… and her new hair that she is so busy flinging all over the place… and her body language …and total look of glee that makes you wonder… is she back on drugs?

How could Juanita possible be so happy with her new look… in looking so overjoyed while recording this video.  In which in my opinion she looks far less than her normal self.

Just with all the batting of her eyes so continuously.  And all her what appears continuous movements… and such personal internal glee within herself … you can’t help but wonder is Juanita herself under the spell of drug addiction which she preaches about in the first video. 

After Pastor Zackary Timms being found in a New York hotel dead from a drug overdose… we should all be on the lookout for who else may be in trouble.  We are so busy just listening to these folks and fail to recognize that some of our pastors, evangelists etc. are in trouble.

There were definite signs that Pastor Timms was in trouble.  I can clearly say that.   I will never forget seeing him 1 day leap up on his podium like he was Batman or Superman.  And I recalled thinking where was the reverence to God’s altar in what he had done?

Listen how fast Juanita is talking in her video… all that hyper energy that is clearly displayed.
I once was having a conversation with someone who was talking to me about possible employment.  While speaking with this person someone else was standing nearby observing this conversation.  When we had finished talking and the person had left… the person who had been observing said to me, ‘Did you see how she was moving?   How she never stopped moving?   And how she was talking?’

I said, ‘No.’

I know nothing about addiction.   Or people under addiction.  But the women who had been standing watching that conversation knew plenty about it.  And she began to educate me.

She started saying, ‘Didn’t you notice that she used to be a junkie?  How she rushed through their words while speaking, how her eyes move?  How she could not stand still or sit still

No, I had not noticed… nor did I know how to pick up on those type of things.  I knew nothing about how people show signs of things of addition or past addiction… actions that are not natural for folk normally.  That is exactly what I hear and see in this video of Juanita.  

Juanita is not acting as she normally acts. Her actions and language are out of sync with the Juanita we see displayed in most of her videos… while delivering the word or trying to share thoughts on tv or in her other videos.

No, this is an irrational fidgety Juanita… with eyes that keep rolling and batting uncontrollably… racing through what she is speaking about.  Look at her eyes.  Listen to what she is saying.

Clearly, Juanita is either drunk or high… or maybe both.    All that flinging of hair… particular articulation of certain words… treats of hitting somebody… fast un-expected  jerky erratic movements… and just a pattern of irrational behavior for Juanita … it all clearly says Juanita is very much out of character.  And her in the photo shots in her show intro at the beginning and end of her video …of her in pants and
cap looking very much like Beyonce speaks volumes also.

I am not certain that Juanita has not taken money to promote the music of the artists that she is featuring in her video shows.  But she gives each song’s date when it will be able for purchase, so that might be a hint.

Okay, I’m waiting on a very important telephone call now.  So, I must stop here.  And I am suppose to be editing… so much for that.   But I must go but you enjoy the rest of the week, and have a good weekend.   At some point I hope to find time to talk about Donald Trump… what a mess this whole political cycle has become… 1 big joke if it weren’t so serious.

UPDATE:  September 27, 2016… Truly speaking Juanita Bynum is getting weirder and weirder with each and every 1 of these videos she does.  Note how she grabs hold of her nose as she just finished taking a snort of cocaine or something.

This is a woman who is usually so up on the quality of everything she puts out.  But all these latest videos released by her doing this ‘new thing’ lack her usual attention to detail … particularly when it comes to the audio of these videos.

In the video I just posted below she has a leg up with her legs wide open.  I know …. I’m old school.  But isn’t she representing the Kingdom… is there not proper protocol regarding women and how we sit when in public?  And I really do not understand the new look with regard to her hair.

It really does appear to me that maybe Juanita may be on her way to a crash.  She seems to be slipping… and long ago lost focus.

BISHOP EDDIE LONG… WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

Well, by now I take it that you know I must have seen the video or come across something which has alerted me considering this new controversy circling around Bishop Eddie Long.

Yes, as a matter of fact a few weeks ago I came across the YouTube video posted by the Bishop… or someone telling everyone that he was alright, but had started this new health kick or some kind of diet.  But honestly to tell you the truth as I watched him… and paid great attention to his body language and facial expressions…

Well, to tell you the truth he looks like a man who has either consumed himself with alcohol or become an addict.

I know…. I know you probably don’t want to hear this.  Some of you really do still believe and trust in the Bishop.   But he is a man who is greatly troubled.  And the demons which possess him do not seem to have finished with him yet.

I hate to see people brought down.   Or shamed before everyone.  But when I look at those boys whom he groomed into homosexuality… and think about how he claimed he was ‘David facing Goliath’ when it came to his legal battles with them over their abuse.   I feel sorry…  for them all… all the way around.  Really.

I clearly understand how a demonic spirit can enter into your body and attack you… bringing you into submission IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY EQUIPPED to fend off such attacks through the Holy Spirit.

Unless you are FULLY EQUIPPED with the Spirit of the Lord… the devil will steal your mind.  And don’t sit there and think that he won’t do it… nor that it can’t happen to you.  Because it can.  Even to me.   Yes, it can… if I were not equipped and believed fully in God.  And that God is able to keep me through all things… if I desire to be kept.

There is this thing that we must all understand… and that is ‘in order to stand and fight off the devil you better be fully prepared for the battle.’  We are not told as Christians that we must have on ‘the WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD’ for no reason.   Without God’s amour… His protection…  we too can become easily overtaken by demonic spirits.  And when these spirits get a hold of you… when they enter into your body… and get into your spirit… they are not easily shaken.

We all need the power of God truly working within us in order to bring us out of such attacks.  But… and it is a big BUT.  But if we become captivated by the lure of the sin that is trying to entangle us then we loose.   You cannot fall prey to such attacks, and the attraction to the evil doing that you begin to operate within it… for you will get lost in it.   As we see how that thing took a hold of Bishop Long.   One day out marching against homosexuals… while entering those spirits within his own flesh.  And it over took him.

For the most part Bishop Eddie Long has long been recognized as a prosperity preacher.  I will be 1 of the first to tell you… and not me alone… that God truly endowed him with the word.   But he went astray… and got into all that prosperity mess.

Once Long got into the prosperity teachings and doings… he was lost.  He got turned around and lost his focus.   His god became mammon… riches.   You cannot serve both God and the lure of riches. You will either love the 1 and hate the other.

Therefore, the lust of money then made him more susceptible to any other spirit that would attach itself to him.  Hence, the spirit of homosexuality came calling upon him.

Thus, Long began to open up facilities to house boys from which a chosen few were picked for his sexual grooming… to fill his desire to interact with them on a less than religious manner…  as a perpetrator… a sexual deviant.  A grown man seeking to delight himself sexual among young boys.

So, these young boys came into his range where he had access to them… could ‘father’ them into a seemingly caring relationship where what he was doing appeared to them … and I guess all who were near as a harmless religious relationship among him and them… the boys.    As Long did not take sexual advantage of them physically… per what the boys/now grown young men claimed in their law suits against him.  But he did do touchy and feelly things… things that excited and brought about certain urges… which Scripture has called ‘unnatural.’   Creating longings and desires within the young boys…  which when you see them you can clearly see the damage that was done.   They were groomed like cattle …or a horse for a certain kind of thing… a certain kind of behavior.    And that ‘thing’ … in my opinion when I look at their videos and pictures of those young boys turned to young men… that ‘thing’ stole their manhood.

Now, fast forward to Eddie Long  today after having paid out some $9 million plus to these young men whom he had doctored up and touched… and groomed in his special way to be his select stable… to feel whatever demonic fantasy that was going on in his head.

Today it appears that the demons have chased him down.  Long looks broken… as broken as a drunk on the street (I hate using such terminology as it is not how I view people or ever speak of them… but for the purpose of this blog and the message I’m trying to convey, it is the only way I can get you to really see what I’m talking about.  So, please forgive my terminology when speaking or classifying anyone here)

Yes, Bishop appears a broken man in this video below.  And unlike Pastor Zachary Timms… I do see where possible drugs or alcohol may be playing a factor in his life.

That which loosing all that money and some of his congregation could not do… I now believe his conscience is making up for it… sadly.   Such a gifted man at 1 time in the Lord.  And look how he let the devil use him… and now I believe he is truly paying for it mentally and physically… and it is ironic.

The irony is how much he worked to build up his body… and what was an apparent love of his physique.   To now be dwindled down to almost nothing… half a man.   A tormented man it seems.

I pray he find a way back to the Lord.   As we serve a God who is long suffering and forgiving.   But to have taken his position as a spiritual leader and have turned it into an artful predator, using the house of the Lord as his playground… might be something that God will not forgive… as He did not forgive Eli when it came to his sons.

I just read that Bishop Long is now on a medical sabbatical after revealing to his church that he is facing some health challenges.  Repentance is the only cure.  A true and real pouring out of his heart

UPDATE:  Yesterday morning… Sunday, January 15, 2017…  it was reported that Bishop Long passed.   I will not comment or speculate as to my thoughts further on this matter.  It is sad all the way around …for all who were effected and involved.

I pray peace and resolution to the minds and souls of the young then boys drawn into this scandal.  And that God call them out that they may be saved from the perverse thing and things which have and are happening to them.  Because this now is their choice to chose to live or die in that mess.

DONALD TRUMP… TAKING NO HOSTAGES…

It does indeed amaze me that 1 Donald A. Trump… or whatever his middle initial is… has managed to play the American public for as long as he has.  The man has been doing nothing but consuming the entire American media…for free.

Free television and radio…talk shows of all kinds… everything media including newspapers and magazine covers and articles… since he began his crazy journey… and all for free since his so-called bid to run for President of the United States. It has been reported that the amount of FREE media time given to the Donald amounts to above 1 billion dollars. All to a man who claim he’s ‘so rich.’ He’s ‘so smart’… he’s such ‘a great businessman’ etc…etc…etc…

Trump is the lowest of low.   He is a down right out and out scoundrel.  His whole persona and image is a massive illusion.   Certainly he is a man who must have learned from the best career criminal just how to cheat his way to success… and lie all way while getting there.   What a con job.

He is no successful business man.  If the truth be told he is not even a mediocre business man.  He is a con man pure and simple.

Let’s face it not many people can run to friends or family and have them continue to finance our failures… but somehow this has been what Donald Trump has managed to do.

Who in their right mind as any ‘displaced U. S. worker’ would want to vote for him, a man who has businesses and does all his business abroad using foreign labor.   The man uses cheap out of this country labor  with regard to products the Donald has had produced with his name on it… such as his neckties… and whatever else.    The man sends jobs abroad… but he says he’s going to be the man to bring jobs back to America.  Is this some kind of double talk?

What is so hard to believe about the fact that an offender promises to stop others from doing what he does… when and if he were to become President.     Then if not… the man would continue to do as he is doing.   The man even confesses it.   And he blames the American system for ‘forcing him to do it.’     If only we all could blame the American government for enriching us financially.

You have got to be kidding me…. and he is raking up votes from people who actually believe his rhetoric …. and even for some ungodly reason… they even believe in him.   The man who is insane… his insane double talking  and side-ways talking while everybody else ‘but’ himself a liar.

We might at the end of the day have to all call the man a genius.   Or is it called… we’er all being played?

Everybody now is really staring to listen him…  and they are falling for him and everything he is saying … all being sucked in to Trump mania… even down to media people  now who at first thought of him as a joke.   Which when you get right down to it… Trump is.   But for some reason now all seem to be overtaken by him and open to the Trump mystique.

What is it that they don’t believe?

What is so hard to accept when it comes to Donald Trump?

That he is a racist?

That he’s a bigot and fascist?

Truthfully speaking … he must be the anti-Christ.   Who else could such a man be?

it is as though he has ‘666’ etched in his forehead in invisible ink.   Nothing he can say will turn those who love him against him.

This is not some all awing magnificent force but some type of witchcraft that has befallen us… a type of mass hysteria that has swept America.  And it is not just overtaking everyday people but people in chief positions… shot callers…. dice rollers and every other wayward sort in the Republican Party or would be Republican during this election for the sake of voting for Trump .

The man has now proclaimed that if he does not get the Republican nod as their candidate to run for the Presidency in Cleveland… the Republican National Convention… that there will be riots.   Having made that statement alone should have been enough grounds to have had the man pick up for threatening to incite a riot during the Republican convention.   Because Trump sitting on national tv making that kind of announcement was code language to those who would do his bidding… such as members the Klue Klux Klan and every other racist in America..  if the Republican Party fails to do as Trump has commanded.   And the outcome following Trump’s riot announcement has the Republican Party scramming …running scared and now everybody wants to meet with him.

The guy has not had to spend 1 dime on advertisement because every time he opens his mouth the tv cameras were there.   He has been eating up our airwaves for free since he got into the race to the White House.    Every talk show… every news channel … it has all been Trump… everyday and all day long.    It is like we are all being hypnotized.

The man nor his wife… Donald nor what’s her name …. neither of  them should be let into the White House even for a visit.   It is like letting trash in.   And this may sound mean or even hateful… but who could be or get any meaner or hateful than the man himself?

Donald Trump.   The man espouses nothing but hate… conflict… and deceit.

Who took those nasty disgraceful pictures of his wife?

Well, she wasn’t his wife at the time… but he thought nothing about having them taken pictures of her dis-robed.  And they were shot on his airplane.

The man has neither class or anything that would give him a plus.   He is a rich guy… maybe.   But whoever said money could give anybody any class… smarts… or the ability to become the President of the United States.

Clearly, this world would be in a world of trouble if someone like the
Donald ever became the most powerful man in the world… the President of the United States of America.

Well, God bless… this is it for today.   I guess I am now getting back into my stride.  It has taken me a while or maybe I was just waiting on the right climate for me to begin writing again on my blog.   Don’t know what it was.   But I’m back… at least for now.

Le’Andria Johnson and the Church… Preachers of Atlanta

To tell you the truth I really don’t know much about her but…

Well, I had heard she won Sunday Best and I have seen a few videos on youtube of her, but other than that I have really had not  had much to say about her.  But then this new show came along this fall on 1 of the networks, Preachers of Atlanta.

After watching a couple of episodes of  it and then listening to some reviews of the show on youtube… and watching Le’Andria let down her hair.  And I do mean…’let down her hair,’  with a for real ‘I just do not care what you think attitude.’

All I can say is, “Uh-uh…”

While I was no big fan of the original, Preachers of L.A. with all their ‘bing-bing,’ and money being their god.  With Detrick Haddon trying to pretend he so Saved and holy, to  Bishop Noel Jones and his supposed 16 year old relationship with some woman, whom he may or may not have been going to bed with,
along with that young girl, or much younger women whom he supposedly made pregnant.

But this Preachers of Atlanta is a subtle destruction of the church.  These pastors, on the Atlanta version, seem to be a little bit more palatable…with their pretense of ‘We love god…but are a new generation.’   Don’t be fooled.  They are even worst… but playing on the down-low like they are not.   But that it is all for God.

Yeah, right.

Who ever the producers are of these shows….they are bent on destroying the church by showing proof of everything sinners already believe to be true of the church.   Their goal it appears is to not only make a mockery of the church,  but in particular ‘the black church’… by tearing it apart bit by bit and stone by stone.  And Le’Andria Johnson is their best candidate yet.  Well, maybe not their best… because those preachers out of LA… did a job on the black church too… sad to say.

But this woman, La’Andria, is crazy and not shame about it… or to be crazy.   She has a perfectly good excuse for why she decides to do… and does everything she do and does.

She drinks…. and can often be seen with a cup in her hand.  She swears like a sailor when she gets a notion, as in her ‘periscope’ upload, where she removed the make-uP…and was talking about being evicted from her house.    She has a very ungodly no-holds-barred attitude about everything… and a highly filthy mouth.

There is no possible way I could or can believe that Le’Andria is really Saved.

I also think she needs to be a lot more thankful to God for the wonderful gift He so graciously endowed her with.  And then He opened the door for that gift to shine… which she so willingly is making a fool and mockery of.

All of these singers today it the charts and the next thing you know they are walking around and calling themselves ‘pastors’…. and in the case of Kim Burrell ‘bishop.’   Personally, I don’t understand it.  But when I thought about it Andrae Crouch did it and I guess a few others.

But I just thought I would do this really quick… and I did.  Because this thing with Le’Andria Johnson and Preachers of Atlanta has been on my mind.

It really disturbs me to see the church… and particular the blackchurch being pulled apart in such a way as I am seeing in these shows.  These programs are really undermining the fabric of the church and give an illusion that all black churches and/or churches are corrupt and/or filled with leadership which should not be in leadership… fake people pretending to know Bible and to be doing the will of God when they are really just agents of the devil seeking to destroy the church.

BILL COSBY… THE SHAME OF IT ALL….

I really don’t know where to begin with this commentary of the sorrowful facts of this story.  Though I must say that from the beginning I did not at 1 point think of those who said what they did about what had happened to them was not or might not have been true.  My thoughts on this subject from the on-set when the women last year started coming forward to say that they had been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby… was simply this… there were just too many of them saying the same exact thing for it to have not been true.

If you remember it was like everyday you woke up another woman was saying she too had been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby… and it just did not stop… woman after woman.

They say to date about 47 women, since this unbelievable story started to unfold last year, have come forward to claim that Bill Cosby sexually took criminal advantage of them by drugging and then having sexual intercourse with them.

Throughout all those claims of rape Bill Cosby steadily maintained that all those women had been lying.  However, most recently it has come to light that in 2005 a woman sued Bill Cosby for the exact same thing these women, who most recently have come forward to claim against Bill Cosby… and in that case which was settled …Bill Cosby in a written deposition did acknowledge that he had indeed purchased drugs for the purpose of giving them to women in order to have sex with them.

Thus, Bill Cosby’s own statement which had been sealed by that court in 2005 validates the new found claims of all these women who most recently since last year have all spoken up and out against Bill Cosby, and this all appears to have been a very deep and highly dark secret past of deviant sexual behavior… serial rape on the part of Bill Cosby.

Over the social networks the disputes were strong and wide with regard to those who defended the good name and reputation of their ‘favorite tv dad’ verses those who felt strong that the 47 or so women who began to come out against Bill Cosby last year were indeed telling the truth.

There were those who said flatly that it could not be true.

Then those who claimed that all those women were after was Bill Cosby’s money with all their lies.

Then those who felt that if it were true why had those women waited so long… until now to come out to say anything about it.  So, therefore, it was not true.

Then there were those who said they …those women… never should have come out… and should have just let laying dogs lay, and not ruin Bill Cosby’s legacy.

I for 1 felt that it had to be true because I could see no viable cause for why so many women would all join in and say the same thing if it were a lie… and many women who had become successful in their own right in various industries and career paths.  It just didn’t make sense to me that they could ALL being telling a lie against Bill.

And now… today we know for sure that they all were not lying at all.  Bill Cosby had lived and had lead a very deceitful secret dark life under the cover of a fatherly and very philanthropic exterior image, which he so readily displayed to the whole world.  While in his deep dark closet he had hoards of women whom he had sexually abused by drugging them then raping them.

Clearly, it is not the type of end or legacy which 1 would have thought to come and overtake Bill Cosby’s squeaky clean and example of a decent respectable man, who for years was thought of by millions as an ideal example of fatherhood.  Bill Cosby clearly was a modern day version of a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.  And 1 really has to wonder as to what drove Bill to continue drugging and raping so many women throughout what appears many years… and possibly some even back in his days as a young man growing up in Philly.  Because I would believe that this kind of prolong abusive sexual behavior may not have just got started when Bill got into show business.

Most of us would agree that today Bill Cosby is looking pretty bad.  Many days he has even appears to look just plain out of it.   Perhaps his conscious has caught up with him.

It is amazing to me how such a man could have lived with himself after having perpetrated so many rape attacks 1 after another …and another and another and another.   A man who has at least 2 daughters and a wife himself to have such disregard and disrespect for a woman to rob her of something most valuable to her… by inducing drugs into her body and taking sexual advantage of her… is beyond my level of comprehension as to how he could have done such a thing at any time to any 1 and live with himself… and pretend to be so perfect a human being.  And then to set himself up as some type of moral purist for black consciousness… is aboundingly unthinkable… knowing what he knew concerning the women he took advantage of …as he knew that what he had so criminally perpetrated against so many women… and possible some under age young girls was so hypocritical and just plain not right.

The level of betrayal and deceit… and moral lack of consciousness is so very baffling to me… and that it should be BILL COSBY who was the person who fooled and betrayed us all.   It is just unbelievable… and as unbelievable to me as when I heard about John Edwards… another man who portrayed himself as being squeaky clean and incapable of doing any wrong.  And wrong he did… not only as an adulterer but a liar to all of America, as well as, to his family and his wife who was dying of cancer.

John Edwards knowing he had just had a child out of wedlock secretly with a woman, who in my opinion couldn’t stand up to a brown paper bag.  She looked like…     Well, I hate to say it.   But she looked like trash …and trash she was.    And she roped him in …had his baby and then she hit the tabloids.

The man sacrificed it all for what?

Then the pain that it caused his wife… who was already suffering from her battle with cancer.

That man played us.  And I mean he played us…

Well, he played me.  I had thought very highly of ole John Edwards until I heard him talk on those video tapes that that women had shot of him… when he started running around with her.  In those video tapes his language and everything behind the scenes was so different from what John had put forth to the public eye.  And this is exactly the same thing what we can say about Bill Cosby.

There were people almost ready to fight over Bill Cosby with the people who said that Bill must have done what those women claimed that he had done to them.  Bill’s die hard believers were ready to go to blows… some made videos stating their opinions and calling people names and insult for coming out against Bill Cosby.  And those people called those folk out if they had said anything that may have tarnished Bill’s reputation.

Now, it appears that nobody really had to say anything to tarnish the reputation of Bill Cosby… because Bill Cosby had so adequately done that for himself… when he made the decision to first start drugging women and then rape them.

The likelihood of any of Bill’s victims being compensated financially for what he did to them appears to be most unlikely.  But public opinion many times can be far worst than any money coming out of the pocket to a man like Bill Cosby… whom I think rather loved being held in the high regard that many people used to see him in.

But that is gone now… and in many ways that being taken from him is a far worst price.

BERNICE KING I STAND WITH YOU… SHIRLEY TEMPLE and more…

I have been trying to find the time to get around to writing this blog ever since I heard the latest on the dispute between the King siblings.

What bothered me the most was that everyone seemingly is coming down on Bernice King, the youngest of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr.’s children, over this latest controversy in her family amongst her and her brothers.

Looking at the pictures it appears that Martin L. King, III has jumped ship.  At one point it had been him and Bernice against Dexter King, their baby brother.  Dexter and Martin 3 want to take out of the hands of Bernice their father’s traveling Bible, and what has to be any families most valued treasure if we could all get 1… Dr. King’s Nobel Peace Prize medal.

Who in their right mind would dare part with these 2 things?

There are just some things you simply cannot put a price tag on.

Perhaps, some down and out someone or other might think differently.  Or just some plain greedy kids… out to liquidate everything they can get their grubby little hands on of their mother’s and father’s estate.

Is it not enough that the court ordered Bernice to surrender to Dexter personal cards and letters written to their mother by their father… items that Mrs. King had personal given to her youngest daughter?

Now, here comes Dexter again… and this time Martin 3 is with him.  They are in the boat together to snatch out of their sister’s hands their father’s Bible (the Bible that President Barack Obama placed his hand upon when he took his oath for his 2nd term in the White House) and Dr. King’s Nobel Peace Prize.

How low can you go, Dexter and Martin 3?

Unless you have been there you will never understand how hard it is to stand when everyone around is grabbing for what they can get… and all you can think of  ‘my parent’s are gone.’  Dealing with loss can be very difficult.  And especially when the responsibility somehow falls upon you… be it a sense of duty or whatever…  but you are the one who ends up trying to maintain what you see as what your parent’s desire would be.

I clearly understand Bernice King and her decision to try to keep her brothers from selling off every piece of their family legacy to the highest bidder.

And why should she?

We have all heard of down and out athletes and actors selling off their championship rings or Academy awards… when left with no other options.  But this is something else.  It is just pure and simple greed driving Dexter boy and his older and brother, Martin #3.

It is always very unfortunate when the value of your things winds up meaning more to your children than you… or what your desires would be… or the remembrance of you… or in this case have a higher cost than the King legacy and remembrance of their mother and father to some of them.

Bernice King has every right to try to hold onto the precious memories and legacy of both her mother and father, without having gifts which her mother gave to her… entrusted her with …being lost to a couple of greedy brothers who care nothing about the King legacy, or even how bad they are making their family and themselves looked by forcing the hand of their baby sister in this matter.

I heard an interview where Andrew Young, a man who I thought used to be a King family friend, commented on this matter by merely snickering at it and saying, “They sue too much.”

You know what Mr. Young?

When you have to take somebody to court ….or they want to take you to court.  Baby, you better learn how to fight.  Cause if you don’t learn how to swing back… then just crawl into a hole and pull some grass over you and die.

Thank goodness Bernice has not decided to die.  When you honor your mother and father, and their memory… you don’t try to sell off precious things that belonged to them, because you cherish them.  Those things were a part of them… and they should remain in the King family to get pass down.  Many people today can’t even put their hands on old family pictures or 8mm films that may have been taken of them as children.  Because somebody in their family grabbed them all up and years later discarded them… or they somehow got lost.

I long for a picture my mother had taken of me and my sister many years ago.  We were just young children then.  My sister took my parent’s picture and cut it up throwing away my half of that picture while keeping herself.  Today not even that part exist.  There had been other copies of that picture which my mother had sent to various relatives, but I have never been able to track not 1 down….or put my hands on them some 50 or more years later because they too were probably destroyed.

The problem in this story is one of greed.  Dexter boy has been selling off everything… every piece of the King family estate he can since the passing of their mother… down to making the Federal government pay him for the use of his father’s image and likeness in the creation of his monument in Washington, D.C..  One would have thought that the honor and recognition given to his father in the creation of the Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. monument in D.C. would have filled him with joy.  That he would have been eager for the King family to assist anyway it could.  But no…  not Dexter.  He saw it as a money-making opportunity and milked the creation and erection of a monument to his father for every dime he could get out of it… including forcing them to pay for the use of any of Dr. King’s quotes.

[LISTEN] Bernice King Sets Record Straight on the King Family Feud

Why anyone would want to throw stones at Bernice King for standing up to her brothers in their pursuit to sell off what has to be two of the most valued possessions of both their mother and father, Dr. King’s Bible and Nobel Peace Prize… is crazy.  Clearly, those people do not know the whole story. But it has always been my experience to know that it is usually the good person… the person who is trying to do the right thing… the one who is innocent of trying to do wrong that gets blamed for starting the whole thing and is singled out as the culprit in the eyes of almost everyone looking in on matters like this.  I have been there… and in many ways I still am.  Trust me me I know.

So, yes… I side with Bernice King.  I cheer you on Bernice King.  Do not give up the fight.  Fight the fight… it is well worth fighting.  And I pray you God speed and victory in this matter.  As there are some things you just do not sell off… like your birth right.  And the right of any 3rd or 4th generation King’s etc. to not have to go to a library or museum to see an award presented to their grand-father or great great grand-father, because his kids sold off everything.  Some things really are too sacred.

And I also pray for a changed mind and heart of both Dexter King and Martin #3.

In regards to Martin #3… I have no respect for him.

I recall going into court trying to fight for my father.  I went in thinking that 2 of my other siblings were on my side.  That is what they pretended… that is until we got before the Judge.  When we got before the Judge they said nothing.  They offered nothing not 1 agreement to anything to what I was saying.  I was left out there all alone trying to fight for our father to be returned home, and they said nothing.  I later came to realized that they never wanted daddy back home in the first place.  The house was divided and everybody had grabbed what they wanted.   My father’s house had been invaded and taken over… and daddy was forced out of his own property. A fact I never knew until some time after that court hearing.

It is amazing how quickly we can forget all the sacrifices and all the good times… and how much our parents poured into us.  If Dr. King had not struggled…  if he had not marched… if he not sacrificed his life… what would they have to fight over?

What would we all have to celebrate?

The car… the family house… everything that every family at the end is forced to fight over… I suspect they might have fought over that.  Because there will always be at least 1 who sees a bigger picture than just self and…  and thank God for that.  They see more than what they can get out of the passing of supposed love ones.  Always 1…  and it appears that Bernice King is the 1.   And yes… I stand with her.

On another note on the King family.  Dexter has gotten married.  This is really not new news.  But I know it is not mentioned or talked about but if the truth be told… Dexter is really not the marrying kind.  Everything for him is show.   His wife is a supposed ex-lesbian.  But I have known people who were gay who married with each 1 doing their own thing.

When I first encountered this it was a couple of the weirdest 2 people I had ever met.   The guy was flamingly gay… and between them they did have a child.  I really don’t know how she managed it?

But I figured out that they had been great friends and this is what laid the foundation for them agreeing to get together as husband and wife.

I also remember when once a lover of mine had been offered quite a considerable about of money from a man, who at the time was a boss of mine (he owned the radio station).  His son was very very gay and the father wanted a grand child… an heir or something I guess.  So, he proposed an offer to my girlfriend of this substantial amount of money to marry his 1 and only child, this gay son.   And no she did not do it… as it was totally out of the question.  But the point here is… is that there are some people who will do anything in order to have their gay children reform… get married… have children… even if it means they will not give them or leave them a dime unless they do.  Then there are some people who get married for various other reasons… other than love.   It’s called a ‘marriage or convenience.’

Well, God bless… it has been snowing… snowing…  And I have been out shoveling… shoveling…   I hope you have been keeping warm and dry.

I must say though… that all this snow is beautiful.

If you are out there in the snow please remember safety rules.  Drive with care and caution in the snow and ice.  Apply brakes when riding on icy roadways lightly… come to a nice and easy stop by slowing up.  Do not slam on your brakes… it will send your car sliding out of control.

Guess I’m moving a little bit too fast.  I had all but forgotten about it being BLACK HISTORY MONTH.  So, in celebration of Black History Month let me just quick tell you about a young lady in England.  The youngest person to ever become a barrister (that is practicing lawyer in their terms).  Her name is Gabrielle Turnquest.  She is from the States, Florida to be exact… and she is just 18 years old.  Amazing.  To be young gifted and black… is definitely where it is at.

And let me not forget that this week Shirley Temple passed  (Shirley Temple Black) at age 85.  I cannot begin to tell you the countless Saturdays I spent watching Shirley Temple dance and sing her way down long stair steps… or try to cheer up a friend.  She was more than just a favorite… Shirley was my friend.

THE CHURCH and ITS PREACHERS… CHIRLANE MCCRAY NEW YORK CITY FIRST LADY…

Just in from our Holy Convocation I must say that I feel refreshed and excited about the things of the Lord.  Though in looking around and seeing so many old Bishops and Preachers with young wives and girlfriends… it is hard to believe that the Church has taken such a backward turn.  For the most part all I can see is that this new branch or bunch of women that these men have taken up with bring to the table is sex appeal.  What happened to man in leadership wanting a wife who could add to his ministry…and not just be something on his arm?

Thank goodness our President didn’t think like some of these Preachers here at this convention.  Though I guess you could say that Barack Obama was smart enough to get the best of both worlds… beauty plus smarts.  But for some of men of the clothe smarts does not seem to be what they are after these days.

I hate to say it… but some of the young ladies which frequent these conventions are so hot to trout and come in dressed like they headed for the party… and are out looking for whatever old man they can entice.

I saw 1 couple that when they approached me I would never have guessed that they were even together …not at all… until the young woman called the much shorter man… very wide in stature man…  older and seemed easily tired man and out of breath man–   Well, I would never have guess that they were together until she called him ‘baby.’   In hearing that my neck almost snapped as my head quickly jerked back in their direction.  I just would not have put those two people together …no way… and no how.  But they were.  Guess he had money… a big church or something.

It’s funny also because in a way 1 could say that that television show PREACHERS OF LA…  is timely in a not so funny way.  It certainly does not feature such things.  Well, maybe it does…but they haven’t got to that part yet… if they get to it at all.  And that is Bishop Noel Jones and how he impregnanted a much younger woman.

That show also sadly portrays a direction in which the Church is moving… more away from God and more towards the world.

When reflecting upon Biblical text… you might even say that it is scriptural.  Meaning you can find the same thing being done back then in olden times in the Bible.  It happened throughout scripture, in fact, that God’s people continually kept moving away from Him.

When you go back to the book of Nehemiah you find that there are some Priests, as well as, many of the people who have married outside of the Israelite nation.  God told them not to either go in to them or to allow them in to them… or their sons or daughters to go into the women or men of the other nations of the land.  But all through the scriptures you find that God’s chosen people polluted themselves by disobeying the commandment of God to keep their bloodline pure.  They married into other races and religious groups… got into idolatry… and it was to their doom.

In the Preachers of LA the relationship of Deitrick Haddon and the young lady who had his child… can clearly be classified as an unholy union.  Haddon had carried on a sexual relationship outside of his marriage… to which throughout the course of the television show Haddon proclaims, as a mere justification for his unholy actions… that he is a man.  As if all men have a legal right and obligation to go out and do whatever they want to… with whom or whatever they want to do it with… because they are men.

REALLY?

Show me that in scripture.

As someone who wants to proclaim himself to be a Pastor/Minister… clearly Haddon must know that such talk or understanding clearly goes against all Biblical scripture and cannot be justified by any means… outside of 1 merely proclaiming, ‘I was weak and I pray the Lord forgives me.’  Something which is not anything that Deitrick Haddon has dared to say or announced to have ever said.

In the case of Noel Jones it is highly unlikely that any woman… with any kind of brains under her cap would be with any man for 16 years and he not marry her.  Also, no woman in her right mind would be with a man for some 16 years and still be with him… if he had gone outside of their relationship and fathered a baby with some young girl as Noel Jones has done… and there has been no mention of ithat at any time in their conversations on that Preacher show.  And no self-respecting woman would continue to play like a fool for 16 long years with any man who seemed to be so uncaring and lacking emotionally towards her, as Noel Jones to that woman, Loretta, in the show Preachers of LA.

Not unless…   Well, not unless he is taking care of her REAL good…

I do not watch the show after finally happening to see the original first episode of it.  Not much is really said about the show…among church people.  But while at the Convocation 1 night for some reason that network that carries the show kept re-running the same show over and over again.  So, I finally did see another episode and it over and over again.   And I did not change my opinion on the show one iota as being garbage.

While at the Convocation my path and that of Ron Gibson’s did happen to cross… and it was all I could do to contain myself and hold my tongue, and not tell the man what garbage I thought the show was.

Preachers of LA validates everything that people who are against the church  already say and feel is wrong with the Church.  That show leads people to believe that all Preachers are scheming and trying to get rich off of their congregations… which is not totally true.  Though there are some clearly who this is all that are about.

The show also portrays that Pastors are not really actively in the business of Saving or winning souls from the pitfall of sin.  But they are getting rich,  ascertaining prestige and messing with women.  Which could very well be true depending upon where you go to Church… and who your Pastor is.

Now, in the case of Ron Gibson… he shows us his down and out sister who has been 30 years dealing with addiction.  Something that he says he brought into his family’s house when he became involved in gang life and drugs as a young man.  But to me it was odd how publicly he decided to show up his sister as a drug addict with himself as her crusader, coming in to save the day and help her.

After 30 years??

He does this now?

I only wondered why he had not tried to help her before the cameras started rolling… and why he felt comfortable doing so while the cameras were on him… making himself appear to be doing this great thing.  Wouldn’t it have been great that he had been helping her before to kick that habit?

But we never heard that testimony when this is business he’s supposed to be in for everybody and anybody, who needs him to come to them and help them to overcome the demons in their lives.

Another observation I have of Bishop Ron Gibson… is the fact that he claims he is no longer involved in gang activity, yet he sits before the TV camera wearing gang colors and clothing… like a Blood.  I don’t know if anybody else has caught that… outside of maybe those in gangs.  But I can’t help but wonder about how much ‘out of gang life’ Ron Gibson really is?

Then while I was in the hotel at the Convocation I also caught a commercial a couple of times about some black church… another new reality TV show.  Boy, are really zooming in on us.  This show is about where they help you straighten out your Church some kind of way.  What happened to prayer and simplification?

What is it about Black Churches that everybody is throwing our religious institutions to the dogs?

Well, maybe not everybody… but we ourselves.

It appears that our churches are all messed up.  and it appears that we are willing to sell our churches, congregations, worship, songs, music, and sanctuary services etc. off for a dollar.

That which was sacred… is sacred no more.  We can barely recognize the Church any more… and in some Churches neither can we recognize what used to be regular Church services.  There is nothing regular about it any more in so many of these new Church under many new young men stepping into leadership.  Some of these younger Pastors have a new-skool philosophy on how service should be held… and how to bring in more numbers of people.  They have removed the podium…the altar and everything else that remotely looks like the inside of a church.

In some of these newer Churches with young Pastors the congregation stands for the entire time like they are at some type of rally.  They jumping up and down like they are at a concert… because for them the service has pretty much turned into an event similar to listening to a concert performance, for the whole entire time, rather than a Bible teaching or preaching orderly service.  And many Church pulpits have been transformed into performing stages complete with flashing lights, and everything like that found in a club, used to seduce and entice people psychedelically.

In all this has the Church lost sight… or is loosing sight of holiness?

Has the Church forgotten how to reverence the Lord and His house… and His Holy Word?

If the Church becomes the new club or dance hall where will the Saved folk go?

A new norm is overtaking the Church and that is to not to resist the devil but to use his methods and tools… supposedly in the name of God.  So, along comes these shows such as Preachers of LA and everything else which diminishes what worship really is… what real Church service is about… what going to Church is really so supposed to be about… and more importantly how to reverence God’s sanctuary… and the things of Him.

When I came in I knew I had to write a blog today… but I did not know what I was going to write on.  Guess I found a subject…

Well, God bless… it is nearly the weekend.  It is about as close as you can get to it without being in the weekend, I guess.  And I am starting to get sleepy so I’m on to end now.

I had gotten an early morning call and now I’m feeling like it is time for me to go and lay down.  So, enjoy the rest of your day.  And if I fail to post another blog between now and Thanksgiving… enjoy it anyhow…

Before I jet out of here though let me say that sometimes we should really look deeper into some of these situations happening in many of our Churches today.  We see on YouTube where some woman punched the Pastor… all the time I want you to know that some of these people make you so frustrated with wrong doing that in the heat of a moment ‘yes’ somebody might loose it.

The Bible says that the Pastors have scattered His sheep.  And I do not think we see this happening more and more and more than today.  Sad but true.  I wish I could tell you some things right now… but they are coming.  And what a tell to tell…

There is so much going on in the Church that it would make your head spin.

And 1 more quick caption before closing…   Just can’t believe my home-girl, Chirlane McCray is the First Lady of New York City.  It is soooooo amazing… and I am very very very happy for her.  Fantastic person… truly…  I know that together they are going to do much needed good for New York City.

THE PEACHERS OF L.A…. BISHOP NOEL JONES and LISA RAYE…

I just had to do it.  I thought about it most of the night last night… and decided to not write anything on this subject until sometime later.  But here I am… and here I go.

I know all you reality freaks probably can’t wait until PREACHERS OF LA. hit your TV screens this fall.  I can’t imagine the mess that that show will be.

It is a risky venture for any preacher to want to take.  If they had offered me the money I would have said, ‘No.’

It might just be a congregation breaker.  And if they really let themselves go and show us themselves for real… many of you may not really like what they uncover.

Pastors disagree over new Oxygen reality show ‘Preachers of LA’

So, just who are these 6 bold preachers who decided that they would take the challenge and allow TV cameras to follow them both in and outside of their churches… and exploit their personal lives?

In watching the trailer to the show you get the picture that it is really going to be about just 3 of the preachers… Bishop Noel Jones… Bishop Clarence McClendon… and Deitrick Haddon.  But the other 3 are Bishop Ron Gibson… Pastor Wayne Chaney… and Pastor Jay Haizlip… the lesser known pastors.

I must say that I had not really thought much about it since I watch little to almost no television.  So, therefore I wasn’t hit with a ton of commercials hyping this show to death in order to set me on the edge of my seat waiting to see it. 

However, it was not until yesterday while looking up some YouTube videos for my blog which I posted yesterday, JESSE JUNIOR… BISHOP PAUL MORTON RETIRING…and ANTHONY WEINER A REAL JERK… that I happened to come across a video about Noel Jones and Lisa Raye being a couple.

WHAT????

Now, that really shocked me.  In fact, it threw for a loop so to speak… because 1 would hardly consider Lisa Raye to be…     Well, to be preacher-man material.

Well, maybe I should say it like this… Not the stuff that First Ladies are made of.  Well, let me take it a step further… and say it this way.  Not the stuff that Church First Ladies are made of.

But then again… anybody can change. 

Haven’t we all?

But I must say that that I thought she made a very good First Lady of that little island that she happened to marry into…  Turks and Caicos.  And she did hold up very well under the pressure of that crazy king or whatever his title was over that island… whom she married.

Lets face it… Lisa is a very pretty girl.   Well, I guess I should say… woman now.  But preacher material?

Well, I don’t really know about that.  But 1 thing I am sure of… what Lisa wants…  Lisa gets.  And she will be whomever or whenever she needs to be to get it done.

Another thing… can I just say this?

No pastor or preacher should be dating anyone… whom he is not possibly looking at as a candidate for marriage.  And no so-called man… especially a so-called Bishop or any pastor or any other supposed man of God, who is single… should be out impregnating women and not marrying them.

My Bible says a Bishop should be blameless.  So, exactly where does that put Bishop Noel Jones?

Now, having said all of that let me get to what I was saying about the Bishop.  For years Noel Jones portrayed himself as being this celibate preacher, following the divorce between him and his wife many many many many many years ago.  You get that picture?

Born January 31, 1950, Noel Jones, a Jamaican,  is the twin brother of R&B/Rocker singer Grace Jones of the 70’s.   I can hear her sing ‘Pull Up To The Bumper, Baby’ now… think it might have been her biggest hit.

Anyhow, Bishop Noel Jones is the Pastor of a large mega-church, City of Refuge Church… and highly sought after as a preacher besides deciding to be featured as 1 of the 6 pastors to parade his life and affairs before TV audiences, on the up-coming reality TV show PREACHERS OF LA.

The last time I watched a television broadcast of Bishop Jones he was preaching on a subject that involved him relaying to his congregation his struggles to maintain himself sexually… and I think… winning.  Being a very dynamic speaker and a man well versed with words, with a large vocabulary…  his take on winning that battle and overcoming that demon even had me glued into that message.

But then I found out that Bishop Jones, if you did not read… or had not heard yet… had been less than forthcoming about his victory over his sexual urges.  In researching information for this blog… which is something that I sometimes do… not often… but at times.  When I want to lets say  hit upon a topic that I am going to write about, but I am not sure about what little info I have.  So, I do a little digging just to make sure of what I have heard or saw or read… and to see what else I can find to make my blog a bit more interesting.   And I also like bringing some facts into my blogs… beside just my opinions which I am always full of.

So, while digging… I found out that the Bishop had impregnated a young woman, named Stacy Francis about a couple of years ago.  Hmmmm….

Now, I’m smh… (smh means shaking my head for those of you who don’t know).  Never would I have thought that because…  Well…  Well, because I thought the man honestly was gay.  Which kind of goes back to what my friend, Sue… always says about me.  She says… I think that everybody is gay.  Though I say that is not true.  Not EVERYBODY… just some people.

If you read my blog on Raven Symone supposedly being gay… then you would know that my friend, Sue’s, statement is far from being true.  Because I certainly definitely don’t truly believe that Raven Symone is gay… no matter what she says.  I think she is just going through a phase.  It might even be just a Hollywood thang… because it seems to me that everybody almost in Hollywood these days has either a girlfriend or a boyfriend.  As being gay in Hollywood seems to make for great news.

But lets get back to Noel Jones.  After years of watching him during his morning church broadcasts… I think on BET… I had long thought that he was gay for all the obvious reasons.  But 1 reason in particular… he just plain looks like it.  Well, to me.

I know somebody just passed out… while somebody else just got mad because I’m talking about their pastor.  Yes, I probably lost about half of my readers right there in having said that.  But it is true.  He just looks like a gay male to me… and if anybody has seen a lot of them I have.  Because as you know I was once in ‘the life’ myself.  And you kind of get to know them when you see them.

Thank God for redemption… truly.

And since I am talking about it right now… let me just add.  For anybody who has come out of it… and I am talking about being gay…or homosexual… or lesbian… or whatever… they no longer look like it.  The things… the look… the characteristics… how they talk… mannerisms… nuances etc… dress… style etc… all also change.  This is really how you know that they truly are ‘new creatures’ in the Lord.

Not to say that the Bishop is gay… but he always struck me as being so.

Also, having been in ‘the life‘ I know the games and tricks people play… usually men… to try and hide their true sexuality.  They court women that they have no physical interest in… some even get married… have children etc… all as a way of hiding who they really are.

So, Bishop Noel Jones messing with Lisa Raye… or having a child out of wedlock… it all just might be a sham.  And probably will make for good TV for those of you who love drama… especially baby-mama/baby-daddy drama.

Forget me saying that Lisa was not Church First Lady material.  But just how much of Bishop material is Noel Jones to having at least 1 child out of wedlock.  And is carrying on sexually or otherwise with young women who could be this 60 year old man’s daughters?

My thoughts, however, are still out on the broadcast of the Preachers of LA.  But I have 1 question…

Are we selling out the Church… to shine on TV and make an extra buck… and gain earthly fame?

Are they pimping the Church?

How much soul winning or counseling in the Church can a pastor do who is busy courting Hollywood… and all that it brings to them?

And somebody tell me please…  When did Deitrick Haddon move to L.A.?

What kind of preachers are these that this show is showcasing… with their Bentley’s … Ferrari’s… bling-bling and outside children… and whatever else?

When you look at the clothes that this pastor let his wife wear out of the house…  you really have to wonder about the fate of the Church… and where it is headed?

Excuse me… but I just can’t get over the dress that that man… that PASTOR’S WIFE is wearing… exposing her breast like that.  Did I say that I thought Lisa Raye might not be Church First Lady material?????

My, Lord… smh… again…

This thing is scary…

And can I add this?

I really wonder when was the last time Ron Gibson really out of his car to approach some brothers in the hood to share the Word of God with them… when the cameras weren’t rolling?

When it has all been said and done I wouldn’t be surprise if half of them leave the show… and go up under IRS investigations for misusage of Church funds.

Whatever happened to ‘having all things in common?’

Or feeding the motherless and the fatherless… instead of driving around in exotic cars and living lavishly grand life’s while their congregations languish?
